Breakfast was very delicious and we didn’t wait long. Room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We also had our own terrace with hammock and seating area, you can make great pictures there. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is far from The beach area, but is very quiet and there are a lot of places where to eat in the area.

Room and hotel in general were STUNNING, in retrospect I think we were given a free room upgrade - this wasn't mentioned by the staff but was very much appreciated! The rooftop pool was beautiful and there's a nice terrace on the mid-level where they began hosting cocktail nights during our stay. Staff were very friendly and there are bikes available to rent (which is helpful since it's a little far from the main areas of Tulum and taxis in the area are a total scam)

The space, the decoration, the bed, the furniture were awesome and very comfortable. The bathroom was also comfortable and we had a small kitchen, very functional as well. I found the pillows too thin and the receptionist that day (lovely and welcoming lady) got me a great pillow as well as great recommendations for places to ear. We were really comfortable. The staff was very nice, it was a very pleasant experience. You can easily park in front of the hotel and at night the area is super quiet.

Night shift staff Charlie was very helpful, he so efficiently arranged the scooter, laundry and restaurant for us, truly appreciate! Nice rooftop pool area.

Brand new hotel, you can see and feel it inside. Although we noted some disadvantages for consideration, we would choose this hotel once again.

The girl at the lobby was extremely nice, the staff in general and there was this nice guy who let me hold a little crocodile that is in the hotel premises (and of course its safe because it cannot reach people) he was cleaning his place.

good water pressure and no bad -chlorine smell of it, which is common thing in mexico. room was clean, i like soap and shower gel they put in rooms. rooms has small kettle, mini fridge. AC working really good. bed is comfy. inside hotel everything is really nice. breakfast was ok-served close to property, simple but tasty-drinks you can choose and scrambled eggs with veggies and beans on side.
